luck32 is not responsible for errors made by a User in placing a bet or selecting a game. Bets confirmed by the User are final unless luck32 determines that an obvious error occurred — for example, where odds were published due to a manifest technical error. In such cases, luck32 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the User's Real Money Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luck32 Platform:
Consequence of Prohibited Conduct: Where luck32 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a User has engaged in prohibited conduct, luck32 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending transactions and bonuses, and forfeit the entire Account balance without any obligation to provide compensation to the User.
All content on the luck32 Platform — including but not limited to the luck32 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, promotional materials, and audio-visual content — is owned by or licensed to luck32 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luck32 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Your real money balance, net of any voided bonus funds, will be returned to your verified payment method.
